The board of governors of the Lycée intended to amend their partnership agreement with the state-owned organisation AEFE. They asked Turenne Consulting to assist them by establishing a transition roadmap outlining the main financial and organisational risks associated with this change. In addition, Turenne Consulting provided strategic recommendations on the governance model based on a benchmark of other international schools. This assignment enabled the board to make an informed decision and greenlight their change of partnership agreement.
