Lycée français d’Irlande
Uncertainty with regards to admissions, logistical problems of a split campus, demand for a more bilingual education and changing national regulations were among the challenges that Lycée français d’Irlande had to face. The Board of governors of the school appointed Turenne Consulting for a feasibility study on the relocation of the school on a single site combined with proposals for its education proposition to evolve and attract more families of various backgrounds. After undertaking a competitor analysis and market intelligence study, Turenne drew up a business plan with sensitivity analysis and financing scheme, as well as a proposal for a dual track curriculum (French and Irish/IB)
